I’ve lived at the Reserve for over two years now and I just resigned my lease. The pools are amazing, the tennis court is great, and the apartments offer so much space especially in the closets. The office staff has helped fix any issues during these two years. I enjoy living here and recommend it to my friends.

What I enjoy most about this complex are the diverse residents. I previously lived in a complex which I didn’t enjoy. I love the atmosphere of The Reserve. The staff are friendly and the maintenance workers are even more friendly. They also have monthly newsletters with fun activities going on that month that I look forward to reading about

My son just moved into The reserve. I could not be anymore pleased with the moving process. Coming from out of state and the staff has been tremendous during this process. They have added a new area for the residents that is very nice. I wish there would have been places like this when I was in college.

The staff in the office have been amazing with their customer service! We have been looking for an apartment in Hattiesburg while living out of the state. They have always been fast at answering my emails or phone calls, they have always been willing to spend time answering my questions even if that means a phone call turns out being 30 mins long, and they even offered to send more photos of an empty apartment to give us a better idea of what it would look like.

The parking is excellent, The grounds are kept impeckible all the time, The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and so helpful, Great Location in the middle of everything, They keep the noise level down. If you need a light bulb changed they want to take care of that as well!! Awesome place to LIVE!!! Only Heated Pool in Town too!
